Our Top Fundraising Success Stories of 2025

2025 was a funky year for Canadian fundraisers, with tariffs, postal strikes, teacher strikes, and extreme weather conditions creating new hurdles for our amazing fundraising coordinators. Despite these extra logistics, we saw groups of all kinds meet and exceed their financial goals, allowing dreams for field trips, tournaments, new equipment, and community events to become realities.

We want to express our sincere appreciation to all of the hardworking teams we worked with this year! We’re proud to support groups all over Canada with their fundraising efforts, big and small. Below, check out some of our top fundraising success stories from the past year. We hope they inspire you and your volunteers to dream big as you plan your community, school, and team fundraisers in 2026.

Calgary Fiddlers Association, Calgary AB

Music education thrives when young musicians have access to quality instruction and opportunities to perform. This season, the Calgary Fiddlers Association partnered with Indeygo to run a fundraiser featuring Rocky Mountain Soap — an easy, well-loved product that supporters were excited to get behind.

In just 3 weeks, the group raised over $850, with proceeds going toward lessons, workshops, and performance opportunities for their fiddlers. A great example of how short, focused fundraisers can still make meaningful impact.

West Wind Gymnastics, Lethbridge AB

From mats and bars to safe training spaces, gymnastics programs rely heavily on quality equipment. West Wind Gymnastics turned to Indeygo Scoop & Bake Cookie Dough to help fund ongoing program improvements and upgrades.

The results were impressive. Over a 4-week fundraiser, the club raised more than $11,200, with every dollar going directly back into enhancing equipment and programming. A strong community and a great product made this fundraiser a standout success. Many congratulations to these dedicated gymnasts!

“Fundraisers like this allow us to enhance our facility, continue educating and developing our coaches, upgrade and maintain our equipment, and invest in a strong, sustainable future for our club and athletes.”

MUSC Warriors, Calgary AB

Tournament travel is an exciting part of competitive soccer—but it can also be a financial stretch for families. The McKenzie United Soccer Club Warriors ran a Scoop & Bake Cookie Dough fundraiser to help offset those costs and keep opportunities accessible for their players.

In just 3 weeks, the team raised over $2,300, helping cover upcoming tournament travel expenses. A simple fundraiser that made a big difference for a dedicated group of young athletes.

University of Calgary Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Calgary AB

Giving back to the community is at the heart of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine’s mission. To support their annual free pet health clinic, the class of 2027 organized a Scoop & Bake Cookie Dough fundraiser that combined convenience with a cause people were happy to support.

The fundraiser raised more than $2,500 in 3 weeks, directly supporting the delivery of free veterinary care to pets in need. A great example of fundraising that benefits both students and the broader community.

STep By Step Dance, SHerwood Park AB

Running a comprehensive dance program means supporting students at every level, across multiple styles and age groups. Step by Step Dance took a diversified approach, fundraising with both Scoop & Bake Cookie Dough and Harvest Bundles.

Their 3-week fundraiser brought in over $7,000, with funds going toward supporting all dance programming. The combination of product variety and strong community support helped make this fundraiser a resounding success.

Juan de Fuca Minor Hockey Association, Victoria BC

From ice time to tournament fees, hockey expenses add up quickly over a season. Juan de Fuca Minor Hockey Association ran a Scoop & Bake Cookie Dough fundraiser to help ease those costs for their teams and families.

In just 3 weeks, the association raised over $5,000, helping cover essential team expenses like equipment, ice time, and tournaments. A strong result that will have a lasting impact throughout the season.
