How do I add Paper Orders (cash sales)?
After your Online Store closes, you can record any cash sales by using the “Add Paper Orders” button in your Dashboard.
After clicking this button, you will see a form where you can enter your Customer’s name, contact information, the Participant they purchased from (optional), and the items they purchased.
Once you have filled out these details, click “Add Order” to record the Customer’s purchase in your Dashboard.
There are a few options for entering your Cash Sales quantities depending on how much detail you would like to be included in your Indeygo reports.
- No Details
- If you have your own sheet for tracking cash sales details, you can enter your group's cumulative cash order item quantities as a single Paper Order.
- Enter "Cash Sales" as the Customer name and your Organization Name in the "Company Name" field.
- This is the fastest option but Indeygo will only be able to provide you with detailed Customer/Participant reports for Online Sales.
- Only Participant Details
- If you have your own sheet for tracking cash customers but you would like to receive a complete Participant Sales report from Indeygo, enter each Participant's cumulative cash order item quantities as a separate Paper Order.
- Enter "Cash Sales" as the Customer name and enter the Participant's email and phone number.
- Enter the Participant Name in the "Company Name" field to assign the order items to that Participant
- Participant + Customer Details
- If you would like to receive comprehensive Customer + Participant reports (Sales/Profits) from Indeygo that include details from all cash and online sales, you will need to enter each customer's cash order separately.
- Fill in the Customer's name, email, and phone number (if available).
- Enter the Participant Name in the "Company Name" field to assign the order to that Participant.
