How do Presales work?

Indeygo’s fundraising model operates on a system of presales so that your group never has to pay up-front costs. We then ship all of your products to you in bulk to one location to minimize shipping costs and maximize your profit margins.

Presales are usually collected via our Online Store platform (credit card) or via paper order forms (cash / cheque made payable to your organization).

Your fundraiser's participants collect customers' orders and their payment during your fundraiser. After your fundraising period is done, you submit a cumulative Wholesale Order to Indeygo and we schedule a date for you to receive all of your items.

Pro Tip: With frozen products like Cookie Dough, we recommend that you share your delivery day details directly with your participants / customers so that they can pick up their items and take them home right away. Not a lot of groups have the freezer space to store 150+ bags of cookie dough overnight!

Occasionally, we do have groups fundraise by purchasing items up-front and selling them after receiving them. However, in this situation your group would be responsible for the up-front cost of goods as well as storing any unsold products. For these reasons, we recommend the "sell first, order second" approach to avoid logistical issues.
