What are my next steps after I register my fundraiser?

Once your fundraiser is registered, your next steps are to share resources with your team and then advertise your campaign to your customers. 

How will you collect sales?

• Indeygo’s platform is compatible with your group collecting Online Sales as well as Cash Sales. Will you be running your fundraiser online-only, will you be using Paper Order Forms* to collect cash sales, or will you use both?

*Please note that Indeygo is no longer able to provide printed materials. Paper Order Forms and other PDF resources are available to download and print from your Dashboard.

Do you want to track sales by Participant?

• If you’re collecting online sales, you can share your Fundraiser's Participant Self-Registration Link with your team. Each Participant who registers using this link will immediately receive a personalized Online Store QR code / URL to share with their friends and family. Purchases made via a personalized Online Store will be automatically linked to that Participant’s name.

• If you need to track sales by subgroups instead of by individuals, such as tracking by a classroom, have a representative register using the subgroup’s name instead of their own name. For example, a classroom may register using the name “Room 2 - Teacher Name” and the teacher’s email.

• If you do not share your Fundraiser's Participant Self-Registration Link with your team, customers will be able to type a Participant’s Name during checkout.

How will you share fundraising resources with your team?

• We recommend preparing a take-home package with a Fundraising Letter (pg 6 of the Fundraising Guide) and a copy of your Order Forms (available to download and print from your Account’s Dashboard).

• Share your Fundraiser's Participant Self-Registration Link with your Participants and Volunteers.

How will you advertise your campaign to your customers?

• Social media is the best way to share your campaign with your customers. Download Indeygo’s ready-to-use social media assets from the Products section of your Dashboard to share your Online Store Link with your customers.
